Your password is one of the main safeguards protecting your account. Create one that is difficult for another person to guess and different from passwords you use on other websites.
A reliable password generally combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Longer passwords are usually stronger, especially when they do not contain obvious personal information. Avoid using your name, birthday, mobile number, username, or simple sequences such as “123456.”
Never share your password with anyone. Sky Exchange representatives should not need to ask you to reveal it. If you receive a message requesting your complete password, verification code, or other private login information, do not respond until you have confirmed that the request is legitimate through an official support channel.
